Symptoms
When a camera is set up to record video being motion controlled and motion detector is then disabled, the data is recorded as if motion detector is enabled but no motion detected. That is, data is recorded with frame rate set up for still recording, or not recoreded at all if no still video is configured for recording.
Resolution
The fix for the problem will be included into next LuxRiot update, LuxRiot 1.1.18.
The motion detection analysis performance improvment dramatically increases speed of analysis for cameras of large resolutions (especially Arecont, IQeye cameras).
Other minor improvements provide slight increase in data processing which has effect on network/IP cameras of all models.
The changes will be available with LuxRiot 1.1.18.

Summary
The best method to submit feedback of any kind (especially bug, compatibility issue etc.) to LuxRiot technical support is to create a Problem Report using LuxRiot Problem Report Wizard. The wizard creates a report, attaches hardware configuration details, past software execution logs and other relevant information, connects to LuxRiot website and sends the information.

Symptoms
Extended debug tracing installations of LuxRiot (i.e. the ones with -t suffix in file name) contain executables that may crash in case CPU supports Data Execution Prevention (DEP) feature (Execute Disable Bit). The applications will silently stop, typically without error message. An information entry is written to system event log.
Resolution
A temporary workaround for the problem is to set up LuxRiot application as DEP exceptions as descibed below.

LuxRiot 1.1.18 and above is able to detect and update XeCap/XED board drivers (CAT3D.sys and Zed16A.sys) at installation. Only works with already installed XeCap boards (older drivers have to be present).
