As TFTP protocol based communication is deprecated, and HTTP protocol based is the default and the only available option starting LuxRiot DVR versiom 1.7.1, a fallback to TFTP protocol is available through manual edit of system registry.
Description
To be able to configure Arecont Vision camera to be accessed using TFTP protocol and through Arecont Vision SDK, it is required to add the following system registry value. This can be fulfilled using one of the two following ways:
Restart client application and under Camera Setup Wizard it should starting showing an additional option, as shown on the screenshot below:
This option allows an Arecont Vision camera to be added to LuxRiot DVR so that the camera is accessed using TFTP protocol.
It is also advised to ensure that LuxRiot DVR is of the latest version, and so are the versions of cameras’ firmware.
