Summary
Starting version 1.2.14 a new tool is included into LuxRiot distribution - an archive integrity wizard. The wizard is capable of scanning and repairing LuxRiot DVR Service archive.
The wizard is being beta tested, please use with care.
Description
Archive Integrity Wizard scans LuxRiot archive files and offers repair options. The wizard is capable of processing separate disks used for archive data independently (in case more than one disk is selected for storing archive data).
It is recommended to stop LuxRiot DVR Server for the archive check time, however simultaneous operation of LuxRiot DVR Server (populating data to archive) and Archive Integrity Wizard is allowed.
Wizard scans archive data and displays summary of scan results before offering repair options.
Archive repair options include partial structure fixing and erasing entire archive.
